Done paying too much for your printing solution?
Refurbished or non-refurbished, what exactly am I buying? Outletprinters makes it clear and does not make the customer pay extra for ‘so-called’ refurbishing your printer! ‘What you see is what you get’ Outletprinters sells used A3 and A4 printers directly from the business market, which have at all times been provided with a service contract. Upon arrival they are checked, tested and provided with the necessary reports with counter and toner readings.
Does the printer still get a malfunction, error message or other service need? There are plenty of independent, inexpensive and skilled mechanics online who will be happy to help you out!
Outletprinters itself does not offer warranty and/or service. The printers have been tested for all functions and come with test and usage reports. Any additional damage or defects beyond normal signs of use are listed separately if applicable and are covered under DUMPOUTLET, where you deliberately choose the additional defect and thereby enjoy even more price advantage.

Where do the printers offered by OutletPrinters come from?
The printers offered by OutletPrinters are not just second-hand. They are taken directly from the shop floor at reputable Dutch and international companies. Recently these printers were still used on the shop floor and well maintained. At Outletprinters, we take over these high-quality printers, test them and provide them with usage and status reports so they are ready for a new life. In this way, we maximize the life of the printer and continue their proven efficiency and durability.
What exactly do I buy? I see many refurbished products offered, which should I choose?
With refurbished, the selling party sells a refurbished machine. However, practice shows that it is often nothing more than second-hand. Especially with printers, the machines have often been provided with a full maintenance contract until recently and therefore there is no need to ‘refurbish’ the machine. At OutletPrinters, you therefore do not pay extra for the ‘refusbished process’ as with other parties. The printer has a well-maintained history and is tested for functionality before delivery.
However, outlet printers does not give a warranty. Am I wise to purchase such a machine?
Since OutletPrinters specializes in finding and selecting the right machines for a second life, we cannot and will not engage in providing service, that’s right. The printers have often only had a fraction of their lifespan (over 1 million prints). You choose this consciously and here is the price to! OutletPrinters has such advantageous prices that if the printer does unexpectedly need a breakdown or service, you can easily have an independent service technician come and still cheaper than buying from the competition.
The printer is giving an error message, error or malfunction. What should I do?
Through online channels and blogs, you often get very far in solving an error message or malfunction. Not getting anywhere? There are several independent professional parties that specialize in repairing and servicing all brands of printers. What about toners and ink?
The printers at outlet printers have minimum toner levels of 10%. Often 90% as well. They are sold as we receive them. However, never with empty toners. They are large business machines with high yield toners, often 20,000-35,000 prints so you can still get ahead in your printing needs. You can order toners from us (while supplies last) or just by type number online.

Should I pick up the printer or can it be shipped?
You can choose both. The printer can be shipped at set rates (within 7 days) or you can choose to pick up the printer, after making an appointment, at our depot.
My printer has a scratch or shows normal visual signs of use. Is this cause for complaint?
No. You are explicitly choosing a used printer. These machines often cost 6,000 to 10,000 euros or more new. The price is for and used and tested machine. We select the printers carefully, but of course the printer has normal signs of use. If the traces of use are excessive then they are selected separately and offered separately on our outlet. Here you can deliberately choose if a printer is needed in your garage, workshop or you simply do not care if the printer has a yellowing, crack, missing protective cover or other defect. Printers in -outlet- have a clear description and pictures of the excessive defects.
